Mal lever, späck, kött, potatis och lök. Tillsätt kryddorna och stek ett prov och smaka av. Stoppa smeten löst i väl sköljda rakfjälster. Bind om ändarna på korvarna eller krymp dem i hett vatten. Nagga små hål i korvarna och stek dem i ugn i 150 - 175o, 30 - 40 minuter. Tillsätt lite fett i långpannan. Till serveringen skärs korvarna i bitar och steks i stekpanna på spisen. Fläskkött och späck kan bytas ut mot 2,2 kg fläskfärs eller mot blandfärs om man vill ha en fastare korv.
