Ingredienser:
4 hg lever
2 - 3 hg späck
7 hg nötkött
7 hg fläskkött
6 tsk salt
1 tsk vitpeppar
1 tsk kryddpeppar
3 msk riven lök
3 liter pressad(riven) kokt potatis.
Smeten blandas och stoppas på rakfjälster. Binds av till cirka 3 decimeter långa korvar, som gräddas i ugn på låg temperatur (under 100o) i vattenbad. I brist på rakfjälster gör man leverkaka eller "lösing", smeten gräddas då i långpanna och man rör upp hela tiden så att den blir smulig. Vanligt som vardagskorv.
