3 dl socker
100 g kokt, kall, riven Slakapotatis
1 dl Kesella mager
½ dl flytande margarin
3 dl vetemjöl
1½ tsk bakpulver
2 tsk kanel
1 tsk kardemumma
1 tsk nejlikor
2 - 3 msk fast lingonsylt
Smörj och bröa formen, 2 liter hålform. Blanda ihop torra ingredienser. Vispa ägg och socker pösigt, blanda ner fett, kesella och riven potatis, sist mjölet med kryddorna.
Grädda mitt i ugnen, 180 -190 grader ca 50- 60 minuter, beroende på ugn.
Serveras med fördel till en kopp Zoega!
