Ingredienser: (för 6 pers)
2 liter potatis
½ liter nymjölk
1 msk salt
½ msk socker
2 ägg
3 msk flottyr eller smör
3 - 4 msk mjöl
Beredning:
Potatisen tvättas, skalas och rifves. Mjöl, socker och salt blandas. Ägget uppvispas med litet af mjölken och blandas med mjölet och den öfriga mjölken samt den rifna potatisen. Plättpannan upphettas långsamt, smörjes med smör eller flottyr och plättarna gräddas ljusbruna på båda sidorna.
