Så här gör du
Lägg den kokta skivade potatisen som en solfjäder på tallriken eller serveringsfatet. Skiva sillen och lägg den dekorativt på potatisen. Spetsa eventuellt anrättningen med en aning Östgöta sädesbrännvin och garnera runt om med de tre löksorterna och gräddfilen.
Till den här rätten serverar man sedan tunt knäckebröd, smör, en skiva ost, en snaps - Östgöta sädes så klart - och en välkyld öl.
