250 g rimmad eller gravad lax
1 mogen avocado
1 morot
250 g rättika
1 knippa gräslök
1/2 dl Johanns hallonvinäger
1 dl rapsolja
färska kryddor t ex dragon, gräslök, körvel
lite rosépeppar
Så här gör du
Skär laxen i små tärningar eller hacka den fint med kniv.
Skär hälften av avocadon i små tärningar och blanda med laxen. Strimla eller riv rättikan i mycket tunna och långa strimlor och arrangera dem som ett litet fågelbo på tallriken.
Forma en fin biff av lax - och avocadoblandningen och lägg den ovanpå rättikan.
Hacka kryddorna fint och blanda dem med oljan och vinägern. Smaka av såsen och häll sedan lite grann på och runt tartaren. Garnera med resten av avocadon och gräslöken.
Servera med lite grovt bröd eller kavring.

Håll vinägern i en skål och lägg i hallonen.
Låt stå i ca en vecka och sila därefter genom en sil. Häll vinägern på flaska på skruvkork.
