Koka upp mjölken, vispa ihop fil, ägg, vetemjöl, salt och socker. Häll det i mjölken och låt koka till ystning, cirka 15 minuter. Häll upp ostmassan i duk i ostform. Låt stå över natten. Skär osten i skivor och bryn skivorna i smör. Ätes som smörgåsmat på bröd.
