1/2 dl socker
1 1/2 dl vetemjöl
1 liter mjölk
1/2 - 1 msk ostlöpe
2 - 3 msk skållad och hackad sötmandel, om man har så råd
Vispa saman ägg, socker, mjöl och hälften av mjölken. Ljumma resten av mjölken så mycket att mjölken vid sammanslagningen blir 37o. Smörj en rund 2 1/2-liters ugnssäker form och häll i den 37-gradiga blandningen. Tillsätt mandeln. Blanda i ostlöpe och rör försiktigt i bunken tills blandningen "stannar". Sätt då genast in den i ugnen, 225o. Grädda tills pannkakan ser färdig ut, cirka 30 - 40 minuter. Servera pannkakan ljummen med sylt och vispad grädde.
