en rejäl knippa färsk hackad dill
nykokt färsk skalpotatis.
Så här gör du
Bryn smöret i en stekpanna och vänd matjesfiléerna i det. Lägg upp filéerna på en het tallrik, strö på rikligt med dill och ös till slut över det brynta smöret.
