Gör så här:
Gnid in filéerna med kryddorna. Bryn dem runt om i smör.
Lägg filéerna på ugnssäkert fat med aluminiumfolie över. Stek i 200 grader C varm ugn 10 - 15 minuter. Låt dem ligga under folien tills de svalnat något.
Serveras skivade eller hela till råstekt potatis, potatiskaka eller klyftpotatis. Skyn kan hällas direkt över filéerna eller använd den till svampsås som serveras till filéerna.
