Pajdeg:
2 dl siktat dinkelmjöl
100 g smör
2 msk kallt vatten
380 g (en burk) syrad rödbetsblandning (borsjtj)
150 g färska champinjoner
2 dl riven ost
Sätt ugnen på 200 grader C
Arbeta ihop pajdegen och låt vila i 20 min. Klä en pajform med pajdegen och förgrädda den i 10 min. Stek champinjonerna i lite olja i en stekpanna. Fyll pajskalet med den syrade rödbetsblandningen.
Bred ut de stekta champinjonerna och strö på den rivna osten. Grädda pajen i 25 - 30 minuter.
Servera med grönsallad och en kall sås.
