1 liter mjölk
1 dl havregryn
3 medelstora päron
2 msk strösocker
1 dl vatten
1 krm salt
Dela varje päron i 4 klyftor, skala och kärna ur. Koka dem mjuka i socker och vatten. Häll havregryn och salt i den kalla mjölken och låt småkoka i 10 minuter, rör då och då. Tillsätt päronen och spadet. Smaka av. Tillsätt eventuellt mer salt och socker. Om inte havregrynen ska kännas eller ses kan de kokta grynen passeras genom en sil eller mixas och därefter tillsättas päronen.
