Ingredienser, 4 pers:
1 1/2 liter kokt potatis
2 - 2 1/2 dl mjöl
1 ägg
1 tsk salt
1 tsk socker
Fyllning:
cirka 100-150 g stekfläsk eller rökt skinka
2 msk finhackad gul lök
1 krm mald kryddpeppar(kan bytas ut mot 1 krm malda nejlikor)
Finhacka fläsk och lök till fyllningen och stek detta. Krydda med kryddpeppar eller nejlikor och låt svalna.
Den kokta kalla potatisen skalas och pressas i potatispress(bör inte bearbetas i matberedare för då blir den seg). Blanda med ägg, mjöl, salt och socker till en deg som formas till en rulle. Skär tunna skivor som läggas samman med fyllningen. Tryck till kanterna. Kroppkakorna kokas i lätt saltat vatten cirka 10 minuter. Tas upp med hålslev när de flyter upp. Serveras nykokta med smält(skirat) smör och lingon.
Rester av kroppkaka kan skäras i skivor och brynas i smör eller margarin. Serveras som lunchrätt med lingon.
