213 g mannagryn(3 dl)
Äggulor och socker vispas. Mannagrynen blandas ned. Vitorna vispas till hårt skum och blandas försiktigt ned i smeten. Smeten bredes ut till två bottnar på bakplåtspapper och gräddas i 225o varm ugn cirka 10 minuter.
Bottnarna läggs samman med sylt eller frukt emellan och serveras med grädde eller vaniljsås.

God! Serverad med årstidens frukter och bär blir det en både festlig och god efterrätt.
